Why was this page deleted? Chappell is a noted composer and film-maker on musical subjects, and has several pieces used for years on British television programmes e.g. Vision On. I came searching for his information in Wikipedia because we're intending to licence one of his tracks (available via De Wolfe Music) for a production.
