Axioms in Mathematics

This is a list of Mathematical axioms in school curriculum.

Given two distinct points there is a unique line that passes through them.

A terminated line can be produced indefinitely.

A circle can be drawn with any centre and any radius.

All right angles are congruent.

If a straight line falling on two straight lines makes the interior angles on the same side of it taken together less than two right angles, then the two straight lines, if produced indefinitely, meet on that side on which the sum of angles is less than two right angles.

Through any point outside a line, there is exactly one parallel.

For any real number x, there exists a natural number y such that y is greater than x.

There is a set such that no set is an element of that set.
