If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

That is a paid editing relationship. There are some steps required (see WP:COI and WP:PAID): you need to add a template to the talk page of the article (I have done this for you -- I'm assuming the journal in question is Thyroid Research and Practice), and also to your user page. You are strongly discouraged from editing the article directly, but may suggest edits on the article talk page. See the WP:PAY section in the COI guidelines.
