The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose of verefining and letting everyone know more about this luxury destination as it been viewed world wide and been all over the news globally in the form: {{paid|user=Salllah91|employer=Salah abdalla|client=Alhazm}}.

If Alhazm is the name of the business that employs you, then that is the "employer". Therefore your template would look like this:

{{paid|employer=Alhazm}}

Also, you would place it on your userpage (User:Salllah91), not on this page.
