Overall, the article is very strong in length and in content. Compared to the original article, it looks like this author is adding a lot of important details for this topic which is great. I like how this author added to the lead section with some background and a link to an important court case. It may add to the article to talk about other important domestic violence cases that contributed to the creation of domestic violence court. It also may add to the article to talk about other states and their domestic violence courts, as in the original article they only talk about New York. However, it seems like this author has made really strong additions to the concerns section of the article and cited those accordingly. It may be helpful to look for sources that are more recent, but if there haven’t been changes to the domestic violence courts in recent years then this may not be necessary.
