Thank you.

The article RisingDead has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 16:51, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on RisingDead requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. A tag has been placed on User:RisingDead, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

Your account has been blocked from editing Wikipedia because it appears to be mainly intended or used for publicity and/or promotional purposes. Please read the following carefully.
Why can't I edit Wikipedia?

Your account's edits and/or username indicate that it is being used on behalf of a company, group, or organization for purposes of promotion and/or publicity. You have violated one or more of our rules, including rules against adding inappropriate external links, posting advertisements, using Wikipedia for promotion, and editing inappropriately with a conflict of interest. This kind of activity is considered spamming and is forbidden by Wikipedia's policies. Although Wikipedia has a great many articles on companies, groups, and organizations, it is considered inappropriate for such groups to use Wikipedia to write about themselves. In addition, usernames like yours are disallowed under our username policy.

Am I allowed to make these edits if I change my username?

Probably not. See Wikipedia:FAQ/Organization for a helpful list of frequently asked questions by people in your position. See Wikipedia:Conflict of interest for the kinds of limitations you would have to obey if you did want to continue editing about your company, group, or organization. If this does not fit in with your goals here, you will not be allowed to edit again. Consider using one of the many websites that allow this instead.

What can I do now?

You are still welcome to write about something other than your company or organization. If you do intend to make useful contributions on some other topic, you must convince a Wikipedia administrator that you mean it. To that end, please do the following:

  • Add the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} below this message box.
  • Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:Listusers to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy.
  • Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
See also Wikipedia:Appealing a block for more information. Beeblebrox (talk) 18:12, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I cant understand why was i blocked. i though its okay to add my site here, as ive seen some others are. you could have just said im not allowed. I Wish to use my account for other poupuses, like contributing with data. would you unblock my account? i dont want to re-create another one.

Decline reason:

You have received multiple messages, right here, explaining the reason for your block. Presumably you did not read them? Given that you cannot write about Rising dead", what else do you want to write about? --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 20:04, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

...and when you say "you could have said I'm not allowed", that's what every single message right here on this talkpage has said up until now. Have you been reading them as they arrived? (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 10:26, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I'm aware on my block. I did read them. I also stated that my intentions werent on spamming. I though its normal for web developers to define what they are about on wikipedia. Like yahoo did etc. My intentions are not to spam and damage Wikipedia. I am asking to get this account un-blocked as i dont like to have multiple accounts on one site, and so on. If i wanted i could have made a second account on here, without begging here for an unban. I'm not sure what i should reply you, i want to write about things that are missing on pages. For example on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Colorado it is not mentioned that the Animated series were Broadcasting on CN's Romanian channel. In my previous request i asked for a username change as i understanded its not allowed by you. I am good with ot or without it. you may change it into the fallowings: Dragos, rdragos40, TheKiller. If they arent allowed by your policy or whatever, i can think on otherones. RisingDead (talk) 01:03, 19 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Although the Rdragos40 account you suggested earlier on this page (using {{unblock-spamun|Rdragos40|your reasoning here}} appears appropriate, there is as you can see far too much inappropriate in this unblock. First note: if you're blocked, it is YOU who are blocked: creating a new account without this one being unblocked is evading a valid block, and threats of WP:SOCK really don't go over well. Second, you still do not seem to understand the non-promotional nature of this encyclopedia, or the editing of it. Finally (for now), please understand reliable sources must accompany edits. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. • "If i wanted i could have made a second account on here, without begging here for an unban." No, you couldn't, as that would be sockpuppetry and block evasion. - The Bushranger One ping only 05:36, 19 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • When you say "I though its normal for web developers to define what they are about on wikipedia. Like yahoo did etc. ", it sounds like you were confusing an encyclopedia with a social media site - do you now appreciate the differences, and understand the criteria for a person to have an article here? Also, I'm disturbed by your comments which appear to suggest that appealing your block was your chosen option and that you think registering alternative accounts to avoid it is a valid alternative - registering new accounts while blocked is considered Socking and is not allowed. Would you care to comment a bit further on that? -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 10:05, 21 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Also to clarify something: the Yahoo company did not create the Wikipedia page about Yahoo. People who do not work for Yahoo, and have no association with Yahoo, have. That's how Wikipedia works. See this page for more information about why Wikipedia does not normally allow people to work on articles about entities they have a financial interest in. Does this make sense to you? Do you understand that articles at Wikipedia are not supposed to be created and edited by their subjects? --Jayron32 04:44, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"there is as you can see far too much inappropriate in this unblock" Please define that, as i have no clue what you are saying in there. Whats so inappropriate? Please re state the reason i am blocked and you are so serious on having a go on me. Yes i know you are trying to be profesional and have nothing with me personally. But i find it very silly. So i once cerated a page, it was deleted. I re created it, and it was deleted while i was blocked. It was my mistake. The pages seemd to me that were blocked automatically and not by a admin. As you may see i am a live person who insists to get his account re-installed as i hate to make more than one account on a site which i dont use. I respect sites and i dont wish to fill their db with my second account where there is an other member that can register in my place. My intentions here arent for creating new pages, but update little mistakes or adding missing contents, where needed. I'm really not the type that wants to spamm you and make shity things, and even if i, or anyone else does, there is an option to rollback on what some idiot has modifyed. I could have made thousands of accounts by now if i wanted to. I Just want to be correct and use only one. You can just unblock my and watch my activity closely. Put me in the moderation queue or whatever. I wish to get my account unblocked. If not, i will just sign up under an other username. If i get an official message from the wikipedia leader that i am not wished to be here, then i will stop, and never bother again. Please unblock my account and dont make me make an other. I can just make an other account and you will never know it is me, under the new account. RisingDead (talk) 11:02, 26 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I told you that i wasnt aware of the rules at first and that i wont do it again if it will be unblocked. It would have costed you very much to give a member one more chance.

All it would have costed you was to check my account closely and see if i do any more inappropriate things. If so, you would have had a good erason to permanently ban me.

I just wanted to keep the account and not to fill your database with usernames that are never going to be used. Whatever, Screw you. You may stick this account deep into your assholes. I will just make a new username if i will ever need to. Thanks.
