Me to boeingmedia at boeing.com 01:40, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

Hello,

I am a contributor to the Wikipedia project (1). The current license currently on boeingmedia.com states, "Provided that the recipient is news media, Boeing grants a nonexclusive, limited right to download an image and reproduce it without alteration for news reporting or editorial purposes only." Does Boeing consider a project such as Wikipedia to be editorial? Wikipedia goes to great lengths to ensure copyright rights are maintained by their proper owners (2) . Currently, there is a "license tag" for promotional material provided by a company (example @ 3). Is this an acceptable usage, or should it be removed? Thanks for any help you can provide.
