COI: RAPid Tooling Components

Nomination of RAPid Tooling Components for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article RAPid Tooling Components is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
