The article-in-progress in a subdirectory of your userspace was nominated for speedy-deletion, but it's okay for now, as long as it stays in your userspace, and as long as you are working on it to make it less promotional. If it travels to article-space in the current form, it will be deleted. There is very broad support among Wikipedians for deleting articles that sound like they might be a brochure for the company ... on sight, before the articles get picked up by Google and other search indexes. If someone might think from reading your article, "Hey, that sounds great, where do I sign up?", then we probably don't want it in Wikipedia.
