Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia! I am concerned about the article you started about the Five Mindfulness Trainings and I'm assuming you want to start for the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings. These are copyright violations, so it would be better if you wrote an article about the trainings, but you can not reproduce the text of the trainings here. I'm not sure they really warrent an article in and of themselves, though. Feel free to leave a note here or on my talk page if you have questions about this.
