Request reason:

Dear friends. Somehow I got locked out of my wiki account. I have just reset my password. It seems some changes to articles and posts have been made by an unauthorized person in the meanwhile. Kindly ignore the same. Please unblock my account. I have restored my password and made a more difficult-to-guess password, I hope.

Decline reason:

Unfortunately, we have no idea who is in control of this account. Kuru (talk) 22:22, 12 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Please provide me an opportunity to prove that I am in control of my own account? Wikipedia is a reputed website and I have great respect for the work you do. At the same time, I believe I should not be penalized for something which I have not done. I look forward to your response and I hope you will allow me an opportunity to address and answer any issues which you have, before you make the decision. Would it be possible to confirm that I am back in control of my account by perhaps sending you an email or fax or written communication? I am happy to follow any other methods which you may prescribe to me in this regard

Decline reason:

You are blocked for making legal threats, which you did three minutes before your first unblock request; you'll need to address that. --jpgordon::==( o ) 23:24, 12 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Well, as I have explained, I have not made any legal threats. I can give this in writing on oath as well. Please reconsider your decision. Secondly, I urge to give your charges in one communication. Your "reason for refusal to unblock" is different from the earlier reason given by @Kuru, which was (as displayed above) that it is not possible for Wikipedia to determine whether or not I am indeed writing these messages. I believe that in the interest of justice and fairness, all allegations should be communicated in one communication so as to enable me to understand your "allegations" and provide a suitable response in one communication. As I've explained, I was locked out of my account. I restored the password to a new password and after logging in I discovered that my account has been disabled. In view of these circumstances, I do not believe I should be made to suffer for that which I have not done. Wikipedia doesn't support "secondary authentication" via email or mobile, unlike most popular websites, including Gmail, Hotmail, or even Facebook. Therefore, in the absence of such a defensive mechanism, unauthorized use of my account took place and I am not at fault. In fact, I am the one who has faced so much difficulty due to this situation. I once more humbly request you to reconsider your decision

Request reason:

If your website has already decided to block my account in this unjustified manner, then please inform me as to how I should permanently disable and delete my account and remove all the posts made from this account. Thank you. May I add that all the allegations about copyright infringement made by @Diannaa, @charlet are incorrect and an abuse of administrator privileges. However, I cannot continues this pointless debate with people who don't wish to listen.

Decline reason:

Accounts cannot be deleted. The information you have been given about copyright violation is correct. Wikipedia is licensed under Creative Commons CC-BY-SA 3.0 for free reuse anywhere by anyone. Your text is not under a compatible license for use here. It is copyright to your committee and cannot be used here. You do not 'own' pages here like you can at Facebook, etc. Pages here are open to edit by anyone who isn't blocked or banned (subject to certain protections made to counter vandalism). Dianaa and anyone else were quite correct to remove copyright violation. Your username will not be unblocked except for the purpose of requesting a name change as it appears to represent an organisation. It is also likely to remain blocked in view of your claim that unauthorised use took place. If the account is compromised, it is unlikely to be unblocked. Also, your reference to 'laws outside Wikipedia' counts as a threat of legal proceedings, even though such proceedings would probably be laughed out of court, but this is ground for blocking until you clearly withdraw the threat, or explain convincingly how it is not in fact a threat. Per WP:Blanking, you may not remove unblock requests from an active block from your talkpage. I have readded them. ~Charmlet -talk- 13:53, 13 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
