Apology accepted. Do you know understand why the speculation can't be on the page, even if Japanese Wikipedia is the source? I can't revert it any more, but eventually someone will unless there are reliable sources. For one, Wikipedia cannot be sourced to Wikipedia. Also, in general, it isn't appropriate to include predictions, forecasts, and speculation. The only exception I have seen seems to be for science articles, but for other areas speculation is removed unless it is significant. For example, Pat Robertson's article mentions his terror prediction, but this is because the statement was heavily reported, and he is, in general, a significant figure. The thing on that Metal Gear (whatever that is) page doesn't have a similar position, so it shouldn't be reintroduced. Thanks The Behnam 00:42, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome

Hello, Oversandal, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! I've moved this article under your user space so that you may have a chance to work on it more before introducing it to the main article space. As it stands it's only a pair of external links and really doesn't tell us what this organization is nor does it have any of the required citations to 3rd party sources. Please continue working on it here and then move it back to the main article space once you are done.--RadioFan (talk) 19:30, 24 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:Emblem 02.png

Thanks for uploading File:Emblem 02.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 05:45, 26 November 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 05:45, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article Biopunk movement has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

More thoroughly covered and better referenced at Biopunk; this attempts to define a term entirely by the writing of a single person and as per Biopunk there are multiple meanings for this term not mentioned here

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
