No references supporting the text. Not one. No claims to notability under any applicable criteria. Not one. Reads like WP:NOTGENEALOGY content. (The subject appears to have been a solicitor. Who did solicitor-ish things. That is all. Where is the claim to notability under any criteria?)

Other than being the chieftain of an Irish dynasty for ten years (which I'd say doesn't in itself make someone notable), article does not establish notability.
