You have definitely a conflict of interest, and WP:PAID might also be in play.

Feel free to create a new article, probably best done in draftspace first. Please read this for starters. I have created a page in draftspace for you to work on, which can be found here. I am not very active in DE-Wikipedia, and will not work on said article there. I won't work on the article here either, because I deleted the article once, so I would be involved. Regards.
