Please extrapolate upon the difficulty of CCPDMA. I am a Mohs surgeon, and I can already see the tremendous difficulty in trying to manipulate tissue using CCPDMA that is not Mohs adapted. I think you are a little biased in saying only board certified pathologists and dermatopathologists are doing CCPDMA. Most Mohs surgeons are not pathologists, and most would not trust a pathologists to read their Mohs slides.
