Information icon Hello, NAISDA. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page NAISDA Dance College, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Feel free to add suggestions to the talk page of the article, but all content needs to be cited by a WP:RS, so you will need to supply this as well. Thanks. Thank you for your feedback. This is a firsttime post on Wikipedia and I was unaware of this.
I am employed by NAISDA and there is content on the NAISDA page that is incorrect and which can be added to. If I disclose the conflict of interest, will I be able to edit to make updates?
with thanks

Hi, and thanks for your note. Most of what is posted above was auto-generated by a template I used, and you just need to read the links to inform yourself about the rules regarding COI editing (in particular, see how to disclose a COI - let me know if you need further help on this). It is best not to edit the article yourself, but to write your suggestions on Talk:NAISDA Dance College and leave it to other editors to act on your information, if appropriate. Wikipedia does need reliable sources for all of its information though - even if you do work for NAISDA, it cannot publish information based on any editor's word only. Feel free to add to the talk page and WP:PING me there, which will also allow other editors to participate. Be patient though - editors are often busy and it could take days or even weeks to spend time on an article! Laterthanyouthink (talk) 00:52, 26 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks LaterthanyouthinkThat is great. We really appreciate your advice and feedback on how to proceed with this. That of course makes sense to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the content posted. We will start to work through this and post suggested edits to Talk:NAISDA Dance College for independence of editing - and seek to ensure that there is evidence for the changes.
Thanks again

No problem. I have found a few more sources and will try to do some work on it in the next couple of days myself. Sometimes it's slow going as it also involves making changes to other articles along the way, ensuring that all of the t's are crossed and the i's dotted!
