BCarmichael feedback

This is a great stub article with which to contribute! The content included is logically placed within the existing information and expands upon the series of events. Good initiative for updating the title along with content. Improvement could be made by including description of the ecosystem, location of faults in the area, and frequency of seismic activity. You could also provide details on preparation for earthquake events and how the people in the surrounding area were impacted. Was there a significant economic effect? What about relief efforts? The references used to support information were appropriate – keep looking for scientific journals. Links connect this stub to other WP articles, providing opportunity to learn more. Asteep1 feedback on Curry Fire

To start off with, I really enjoyed your addition to this article. Not only did add a bit of an overview to the fire, but it also did a great job of connecting it back to society. I liked how you talked about the road closures and injuries/deaths in the article to connect this disturbance to our society. However, a few improvements can be made. To start off with, I would put the overview of the fire before its effects. Your sources seemed reputable; however, in the future, I would add more hyperlinks or even a further reading section so that people interested in this fire can easily research it further. All in all, great contribution! Asteep1 (talk) 02:28, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Madison Miller feedback on Curry Fire

The content you added was relevant and informative. Something else that could have been added could be how long were the residents away from their homes (when did they get to return). Maybe a little information about the history of fires in California would have been interesting and informative. You could have possibly added a picture of the fire (if there is any). Information on the resilience and recovery of the town would have been a good addition as well. You could have added a few more hyperlinks to the page. All in all, good job.
