Hi. A couple of quick things.

1. "Notable people" sections typically follow WP:CSC inclusion criteria. Namely that, unless a subject has an existing Wikipedia article (and therefore demonstrably and verifiably meets the criteria for a "notable person"), they shouldn't be included in a "notable people" list. The suggested addition of "best butcher in Connacht and Europe" doesn't meet this criteria.
2. References must be verifiable. Per WP:VER. Unless accompanied with a link to an old/archived version of a web page (like those stored on Wayback Machine or a similar archive site), adding dead or deprecated links to an article does not support the expectation that other editors/readers be able to verify the sources. If using a "dead link" as a reference, as added in this edit, please also provide a link to the archive version. And, regardless of whether archived or live, do not add content that is not supported by the link/ref.
3. Sources must not be synthesized. Per WP:SYNTH. In this edit you have suggested that the 2016 census gave Murrisk a population of 266. The linked source doesn't state this. And, despite the relabeling of the reference title, to imply that it refers to Murrisk, it doesn't do so. It is an "interpretation" (your own) of the source that it states as much. But the source itself doesn't state as much. (That small area may be "proximate" to the village. But is not coterminous with the village. And so shouldn't really be used as if it were.)
