Please do not add advertising or inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Request reason:

Dear Daniel, I apologize that I am using up your time that is very valuable. I sent you an email....as I don't know if this is the correct way to communicate. I am a brand new first time user. I did not know that to put the website link was a conflict of interest. However, I understand how my ignorance of the system has caused me to be blocked. Please unblock me. It will not happen again. My intentions are pure...but my knowledge of Wikipedia and its workings is brand new. Sorry once again...it won't happen again. Have a nice day. Kevin Jahn

Decline reason:

Here's the thing: you were repeatedly warned, every time you get a message here a big orange bar appears on whatever page you are editing to let you know, so you knew what you were doing was not considered acceptable and you kept doing it anyway. Then you evaded the block and kept making the same edits as an anonymous ip. All in all there are four basic Wikipedia policies you have violated:

  • You have used Wikipedia for promotional purposes
  • You have edit warred to keep the disputed content in the article
  • Your username represents a website and will have to be changed
  • You have attempted to evade the block and only after you were caught doing that were suddenly so very sorry and innocent.

Any future unblock request will need to address all of these points or it will likely be declinedBeeblebrox (talk) 20:53, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because your account is being used mainly for spamming or advertising. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
