You are reminded of WP:NPA as you have described the user as having a "sick mind". This user subpage is simply a set of links to Wikipedia commons and other stuff. The page looks quite OK and the worst that could be said that that there are not that many men (I am not "gay") and thus the best that could be said is that it is not neutral in content. • about 6 images in which no-one is nude ("nude" must mean at least "substantially unclothed". men without shirts or women showing their shoulders and backs are not "nude")
