I am declining an unblock because the user copy and pasted the information from the various pages instead of putting it in their own words. This creates two problems: copyright concerns (copying and pasting large amounts of information without summarising or quoting) and does not demonstrate an understanding of Wikipedia policy. I am also concerned that the user wants to edit List of Muhajir people, as mass stub creation caused this user to be blocked and I'm scared that the user will end up creating more articles to add to this list, causing them to be blocked again.
