Mt. Adams being most massive mountain in lower 48

I had to delete your edit on the Trout Lake page. You claim that Mt. Adams is the most massive mountain in the lower 48 but don't cite references. For such a bold statement, a reference is needed. By the way, there are far more massive mountains than Mt. Adams. Typically, strato volcanoes like Mt. Adams aren't very massive. I live next to a shield volcano that is roughly about 23 miles x 23 miles. Massive! Much more mass than the average volcano. Crater Lake's Mt. Mazama is probably even more massive.
