Tom Baruch

Hello, I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this sort of inquiry, but perhaps someone will be able to provide some insight. I have written an article about Tom Baruch and it has many sound references cited. The page is still marked with

"The topic of this article may not meet the general notability guideline. Please help establish notability by adding reliable, secondary sources. If notability cannot be established, the page will eventually be merged, redirected, or deleted. (February 2011)"

This is a legitimate biography, and I don't know why it is not being credited as so. Does any one have suggestions about how to fix this? and get the article approved by Wikipedia?
