Stop icon This is your only warning; if you insert a spam link to Wikipedia again, as you did at Playtech, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Not sure how to respond, however it was not a spam link? I noticed a reference to employees at Playtech but no cite, I simply added a relevant cite where it displays?

Sure, and it's just a funny coincidence that all your "relevant cites" always point to the same website. Toohool (talk) 01:59, 11 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sir, I never denied being a part of the site, however I am linking 100% genuine cite's. They are 100% relevant our site is designed to be informative and helpful for the industry. We are constantly posting facts and information for our industry and we are providing missing data to wikipedia? We are not spam by no means. We are trying to help. Please explain where I am going wrong and how I can correctly provide information to wikipedia without looking like a spammer by no means is that what I am trying to do. I am trying to be helpful if you can please point me in the right direction please advise by linking to our site it helps us gain credibility which helps us continue to provide more useful information and continue growing our site for the industry which helps wikipedia by me adding to it... Thanks for your time

You admit that you are linking here "to gain credibility." Wikipedia is a vehicle for propaganda, advertising and showcasing. You have a clear conflict of interest and your sole intention here is spamming. You are not helping the encyclopedia so please stop spamming. I have to disagree, I am not a spammer but someone trying to help wikipedia with real. Credible. Information. I will stop as I thought I was helping; as it appears I was not. I do apologise. However please take the time to review the changes you reverted to find that the information on our site is more than helpful and what I linked was nothing but relative and productive to the wikipedia page. Thanks.

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Cheeky Vimto. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Grayfell (talk) 06:08, 27 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
