There are a number of subjects in the first sentence, and it may be easier to understand if you split the sentence into multiple sentences.
Spelling looks great! Apart from corpus luteam --> corpus luteum.
You used CL as an acronym for corpus luteum (I think). That's fine as long as you introduce it as an acronym before you use it. "Corpus luteum (CL)"
It would be helpful if you linked already published wikipedia articles to some of the vocabulary used in your edits (e.g. progesterone, corpus luteum, and more) This was already done for the word "trophoblast" in the original article.
"uterine" describes something as it relates to the uterus. So "However, when conceptus is in the uterine" would be changed to "However, when conceptus is in the uterus" perhaps.
You only have one citation, which is fine, but you may have to put it in more than at the end, just so the reader knows where to get more information on the additional facts.
The tone is neutral. And there is a paragraph.
The information is useful, but there is some overlap with the original article. It is not able to be a stand alone addition to the original article, but it could be interwoven if done carefully.
