If so, then it makes sense that you wrote the original material on the page the we think that this material is coming from. However, some declaration must be made by the copyright holder (and not through a Wikipedia account, since we can't know that you who are who you say you are) that the material has been released under the GNU Free Documentation Licence or into public domain. You need to follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Requesting_copyright_permission in order to have the copyright holder indicate that the material is being released as such.
