Hey, I noticed on three different articles that you simply undo my revisions(with out saying why): Newport, Arkansas, List of people from Saginaw, Michigan and Saginaw, Michigan. In order to add a person like Elizabeth Gregg Patterson to a Notable natives section she must be both notable and a native. On Wikipedia you have to site your sources (and you can't use your own original research) to show both of these points.

On these three pages you need to show where someone else has said that Elizabeth is from these two locations(should be easy).

Then you need to show notability(we are not going to list every one that has ever lived in these locations, think about how long the list would be and who would really care to read it). The The Notability Guideline says you need to show that Elizabeth Gregg Patterson has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. In order to do this I would recommend that you create and improve the article Elizabeth Gregg Patterson we can simple link her name to that article. Until these requirements are met we can not add Elizabeth Gregg Patterson to these articles.R00m c (talk) 21:30, 27 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I've noticed that you have been adding your signature to some of your article contributions, such as the edit you made to Elizabeth Gregg Patterson. This is a simple mistake to make and is easy to correct. For future reference, the need to associate edits with users is taken care of by an article's edit history. Therefore, you should use your signature only when contributing to talk pages, the Village Pump, or other such discussion pages. For a better understanding of what distinguishes articles from these type of pages, please see What is an article?. Again, thank you for contributing, and enjoy your Wikipedia experience! Thank you. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Newport, Arkansas. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Hey JDavid, I'm trying to help with the article you started about your Mom. I've made quite a few edits, to conform to our style guidelines but I need help. I've found references for the O. Henry award, but am coming up short with biographical reference. I'm sure you're aware Wikipedia doesn't allow original research, so even a pamphlet or something from the library exhibit on her would help. Leave a note on my talk page.
