Hi, I agree - the Golb article discussion is duplicated in the DSS article so it should be deleted from Qumran.--Chrisbak 05:02, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome!

Hello, Ihutchesson, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. The article Jean-Baptiste Humbert has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Mhiji 03:26, 10 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Have - audrey.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Have - audrey.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 13:05, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Creating a page for Lockdown

Hey since you create pages for each episode of Haven, can i go ahead and create a page for Lockdown or do i have to wait until after that episode airs. if so i can add the guest stars and info while you add a plot for the episode.--S_hannon434 (talk) 6 September 2011 (UTC)

Already know the guest stars except for blondie but do I need to add references to the page?-- S_hannon434 (talk) 01:49, 7 September 2011 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by S hannon434 (talkcontribs)

Emphasis

I will highlight this for both of you: edit-warring is not permitted, and even a single edit can be construed as an edit-war - you don't need to meet the magic WP:3RR to be blocked. Multiple reversions are not appropriate, even if you think you're 100% right in the matter. We work on WP:CONSENSUS, period. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 09:43, 14 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

After what you were told here on this talkpage, in ANI, and indeed on the edit-warring noticeboard, I'm a bit surprised by your continued comments in ANI/3RR. You were actually told quite clearly that DRN was the place to continue the discussion, and that the 3RR noticeboard was not for advice. Rather than shoot yourself in the foot again, can I guide you in the right direction somehow more clearly? (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 09:07, 17 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm at a loss to know what to do in a situation like this. My last major post to ANI/3RR was not an attempt to continue the discussion of the dispute, but an attempt to get some advice regarding how I'm suppose to proceed in the situation I perceive. There are two issues for me in what has happened with Jack Sebastian: how best for me to deal with such a situation (I'm at a loss here) and how to deal with the attitude I received in the specific situation (I'm thinking of RfC/U). It is the first that I need help about. I've already been through another conflict with an editor who would respond at length but not dialog with you. What does one generally do when faced with being drawn into an edit conflict? Do I accept the changes in a spirit of compromise, rather than go back to the last good edit? -- I.Hutchesson 01:37, 18 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Toddst1 (talk) 18:23, 24 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Even though you are discussing the changes, continuing to revert the other editor is disruptive. If this continues, you will likely face a topic and/or interaction ban. Toddst1 (talk) 18:27, 24 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article The tattoo (Haven) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This TV series-related article does not appear to meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines for fictional topics (WP:FICTION).

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Thank you for your contributions. A page you created at Friend or Faux has been tagged for attention. Please consider returning to this, and any other articles you may have created, and addressing the mentioned issues. Many thanks. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 06:04, 1 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

John Marco Allegro

I don't mind you editing John Marco Allegro, but please don't omit the essential facts and details about Allego's BBC broadcasts and the fine details of what he believed, or on what Qumran document his beliefs were based upon Dickie birdie (talk) 11:43, 6 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
