I don't know if you're behind https://github.com/holon-scribe/holon-programming but thank you for adding it to Wikipedia! Indeed it was a “Borgesian mythical book” (and I did once try to request it from the one library in Germany that seemed to have it, but they wouldn't ship it to the USA) — so excited to have this finally available online; reading it now!
