Blocked

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Ian.thomson (talk) 20:10, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

This is absolutely egregious. Because I called out a Wikipedia administrator, you selectively censor me for "not being here to build a encyclopedia". Wrong. It is you who is not here to build an encyclopedia, you're trying to create a platform where you can bully and silence dissent. I'm here to make make Wikipedia better and hold people like you accountable with my voice. HSDH4 (talk) 20:15, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Dlohcierekim (talk) 20:41, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Yeah, that's not gonna help. See Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard#Mark_Dice_related_blocks, WP:NOTTHEM, and WP:NLT for why. Ian.thomson (talk) 20:21, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not Mark Dice, get off your power-trip. You are openly blocking people who disagree with you so you can maintain some kind of feud you have with Mark Dice. I demand arbitration, how do I report personal attacks by an Administrator to Wikipedia? HSDH4 (talk) 20:28, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Try re-reading what I wrote so you know what you're talking about, for starters. Ian.thomson (talk) 20:30, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
If you could read, you wouldn't have posted WP:NLT, because I made no legal threat in my post. I suggested Mark Dice may need to pursue legal action if he can not get fair arbitration on Wikipedia. I'm not mark Dice. You clearly didn't even read my comment before deciding to ban me, indicating that this is a personal attack, not substantive. HSDH4 (talk) 20:34, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Again, I demand arbitration by another administrator, as this is clearly a personal attack and you didn't even read what I wrote prior to banning me. I would also like to know how to report an Administrator for misconduct. HSDH4 (talk) 20:36, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You tried to invoke the US Communications Decency Act against those you disagreed with, even calling for a legal precedent to be set against established users who were following policy in ways you didn't like. Attempting to use any nation's law to try to bring about a chilling effect on people you disagree with is a legal threat. If you want to keep digging a deeper hole, I can revoke your talk page access. That shouldn't be a problem for you because if I'm really being so unjust and you're totally not in the wrong here, another admin would restore your talk page access when they come along to unblock you. Your unblock request will be viewed by another administrator in due time but I've explained why they're going to reject it -- I suggest you pay better attention to what I've pointed out for you. Ian.thomson (talk) 20:41, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

continued disruption and violation of WP:NPA

Your talk page access has been removed. Please see the WP:GAB. Dlohcierekim (talk) 20:48, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
