Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate in the 2021 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi, I am the translator of Deportation of Chinese in the Soviet Union, which is now under deletion review due to User:折毛's hoax. Although the English version differed from the Chinese version created by 折毛 from the very beginning, it contained English translation of the Chinese content created by 折毛. To eliminate the impact of her content, I have validated the sources and removed all sources if they are unverifiable. Also, I have added new content backed by new reliable sources. I am thankful for your participation in the previous discussion of the deletion review, but now that the deletion review is not being relisted, I am not sure whether you might want to take a look at the new, mostly re-written, and validated version of the article and express your opinion in the deletion review. I will be most grateful to your further comment regarding any potential improvement of the article and regarding your decision in the deletion review.

Just letting you know that I moved Taizhou University (Zhejiang) back to Taizhou University and removed the disambiguation page. This is because there is currently only one existing article on an institution called Taizhou University, and as such a disambiguation page is not needed. If you create an article on Taizhou University (Jiangsu), then a disambiguation page would help and you can re-create it, and ask me or someone over at WP:RMTR to move Taizhou University back to Taizhou University (Zhejiang). Hello, what is your rationalization for changing Hızray (Istanbul Metro) to Hızray? It has the former name on the Turkish language wikipedia, and it only makes sense.
