//?? vandalism from my account? Will figure out then return

May 2016

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at User talk:Meters/unprotected, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. This edit was clearly left by the same user who has been harassing me using IPs. So, either you are the same user, or your account is compromised. Which is it.? Hi there I have no intention of harassing anyone. Someone was using the computer at my workplace with my account still logged in. I saw that she posted something on your page so I took it off right away. I am not planning on leaving myself logged in at work anymore. I do apologize for any confusion. Respectfully Fomenka

I find it hard to believe that you left your computer logged on to Wikipedia and someone used it to vandalize my page since:
  1. You had made no edits using your account for several days
  2. the edit to my talk page was undone by your account mere seconds after it was made
  3. Your user page was blanked 2 minutes later (and was never restored)
  4. You posted your "? vandalism from my account? Will figure out then return" plea of innocence to your talk page only 6 minutes after the vandalism to my page. Meters (talk) 03:30, 14 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate your investigation, and I truly don't know what else to say. I work at the hospital and our common lounge is used by many employees. I had stepped away from the computer and then saw her as she was leaving. I was able to revert the bizarre edits. Needless to say, no more Wikipedia editing at work. Appreciatively, Fomenka

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Meters (talk) 08:50, 14 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

i indefblocked your account for block evasion. The common Ip issues etc should be discussed with checkusers.--Ymblanter (talk) 09:05, 14 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, if that's what you think is necessary. I am not sure what checkusers is. I am only a recreational, infrequent, editor of Wikipedia so I won't bother pursuing this further. So long and thanks for all the fish
