Welcome on the Italian Wikipedia?

I'm confused as to why you welcomed me on the Italian Wikipedia? I never made any contributions nor edits. I was investigating the unusual activities from an IP address and was scouting out their contributions, I can't even understand anything you have written on that page (I don't know any Italian at all). I don't need to be welcomed to it when I went there to scout out information on an IP address and made no effort to edit or contribute in anyway.
