Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Intoxicated by Love, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Persian and Turkish. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 18:05, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hey! Yeah I know this, but some sections needed updates ASAP, and most of the info were expired or not even mentioned. I'm trying my best to just update the article rather than adding stuff, and I'm pretty much done. Thanks! Farnaj57 (talk) 00:27, 11 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder by setting Preferences → Editing → check Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! HistoryofIran (talk) 23:05, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Neo-Assyrian Empire, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Iran. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. HistoryofIran (talk) 22:48, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

First of all, you accused me of being "Pro-Mullah" with zero evidence whatsoever, while it was I who literally updated both the Human Rights and censorship sections with the most Anti-Mullah info possible, all heavily-sourced. You're recommending me to read Wikipedia's "guidelines", while the one who truly needs to read is you, so you can learn about how to see the article's revision history, and find what I've actually edited.
Secondly, I'm not againts that quote at all, a 25 year old quote is just not appropriate to have in a article where everything is constantly updating, whether the info is right or wrong, doesn't matter.
What is this website becoming? Absolute waste of time to read let alone contribute at this point... Farnaj57 (talk) 23:13, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I was perhaps a bit too hasty in my edit summary and apologize for it. However, there was questionable changes which lessened what the regime actually is known for, including the lede, which I restored [1]. Moreover, if the 25 year old source is right... then why shouldn't it be there? What has changed? HistoryofIran (talk) 23:39, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
As I've said, a 25 year old quote is not appropriate to have in a article when everything is constantly updating. It should be removed, or at the very least, replaced with a newer quote.
It's laughable when I see all the article's info is from 2023-2024, while this part is from 25 years ago...
That part needs to be removed or replaced no matter what. Farnaj57 (talk) 06:50, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This is not convincing. If the info is still correct, then it shouldnt be removed unless that has changed in the regime. HistoryofIran (talk) 12:00, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't want to argue with you over a small thing, but if you want that part to exist, it should be transferred to the human rights section because it... affects the people's rights, not the government. This is the same with Saudi Arabia's page aswell. I don't want to do an edit and then you revert it or vice versa, so you do this, and let's get over it. Farnaj57 (talk) 12:23, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It talks about its system, including its elections (the latter which is only mentioned in the Government and politics section), so why should it be moved there? HistoryofIran (talk) 21:58, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Because its too small of a info to be outside the sections, otherwise it should be greatly expanded and have its own section. I've gave you an example (Saudi Arabia), take a look at the all country pages you want, none of them look like this. I see no problem with it, especially when it's the case with all pages. So if you edit it, great, if don't, I'll do it myself tomorrow. Farnaj57 (talk) 22:29, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
