"All rights reserved" is simply not acceptable for wiki images. They must be licensed under {{cc-by-sa-3.0}} or compatible. And they should be uploaded to the Commons. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 17:43, 15 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

While since you're a joint author you are one of the owners of copyright, and I've accordingly closed this as a keep, it would be a good idea to have the other author listed to confirm permission just to avoid future questions. The ways to do that, including by email, are listed at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The people who receive the email will take care of appropriately notating the image.
