  • The photo has been replaced, which is fine. I do want to note that I did take this photo and it shared it online many years before I inserted it in this article. The current photo is a fine photo as well. I certainly understand the concern. DoleDentist (talk) 12:54, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • The photo has been replaced, which is fine. I do want to note that I did take this photo and it shared it with Mr. Snyder who used (and still uses) it as his Twitter profile picture. The current photo is a fine photo as well. I certainly understand the concern. DoleDentist (talk) 12:56, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Guy Hutchinson

DoleDentist, I've reverted your edits at Guy Hutchinson and several other related pages. Those edits constituted an inappropriate re-purposing of an existing for article for Guy Hutchinson (1884–1941), who was an All-American college football player. An article for Guy Anthony Hutchinson (born November 22, 1974) should be created as a new article, e.g. Guy Hutchinson (comedian). Jweiss11 (talk) 08:50, 7 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thank you for notifying me. This was a very confusing page when I first edited it as it had multiple references to the living Guy Hutchinson and the deceased football player. I should have more carefully researched the page and separated them at that point. I am sorry to have inappropriately edited the article. DoleDentist (talk) 13:00, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thanks John from Idegon, I will not remove the notability notice from the page. I am going to continue to research with the hopes of finding some articles that establish a level of notability that is appropriate for Wikipedia. I do feel that the subject is notable, even if the sources on the current page do not fully represent that. DoleDentist (talk) 13:04, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Just to clarify for you, altho the article is still tagged as possibly not being notable, it has now been nominated for deletion. A discussion is taking place as to whether the article can stay in the encyclopedia. There is a link in the red box at the top of the article. John from Idegon (talk) 15:58, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I fear you are wasting your, and everyone else's time. Unless newspaper or magazine articles exist on him from sources geographically removed from his hometown, he does not qualify for an article at this time. Most web content, and simply getting his name mentioned in the paper do nothing to show notability. Qualification for a wiki biography has nothing to do with either your or my opinion of the man's fame importance or accomplishment. It is based instead on the quantity of reliably sourced material available. See WP:ANYBIO. John from Idegon (talk) 16:39, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • I understand, John from Idegon, I have added a few citations from the newspaper Florida Today and one from the magazine Brevard Live. These seem to help with the quality and quantity of the the citations, they are in his hometown, however. I do not have anything additional to add so I will leave the article alone at this point. I apologize if this is still a futile effort as I am certainly not trying to waste anyone's time! Best wishes and have a wonderful weekend. DoleDentist (talk) 18:08, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Terry Cronin moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Terry Cronin, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
