Proposed deletion of 5Star Captain

The article 5Star Captain has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NMUSIC with no secondary sources.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Notability

Hi there, if you're going to create articles at Wikipedia, you have to be sure that the articles clearly establish the subject's WP:NOTABILITY. For musicians, the criteria for establishing notability can be found at WP:NMUSIC. For companies, see WP:NCORP. Wikipedia's general notability guideline says: "If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, it is presumed to be suitable for a stand-alone article or list." This means that newspapers, television shows, legitimate news websites, magazines, etc. must have covered a subject in depth (not a passing mention) for an article subject to be considered notable, and we would need multiple examples of that. Though you may feel passionately about the articles you are writing, not everybody or everything in the world deserves to have an article here. Be sure also that the content is not written in a promotional tone, as that would be problematic as well. Thanks, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 16:46, 26 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
