Could you check File:Triart Color Chart.jpg for the proper copyright? It seems to me it was taken from a website without clearing copyright.

Could you clarify whether it is your work (then it can stay on commons.wikimedia.org), or if it used under the fair-use rationale (then it should be uploaded to wikipedia.org instead, and an rationale why it is fair-use should be given).
