I am glad that i have successfully managed to secure a waiver on the notability dispute on Xaba Sbusiso's profile. Now i just have to research further as there is still need for more sources, which is difficult, given the low coverage given to opposition youth moevements in South Africa. Such documents cannot be used to support facts on a company article (or a product etc) because they are self-references. In the same way, data on a company website cannot be used. Facts must be supported by WP:verifiable, reliable sources that are secondary and not primary - for example, major newspapers or books. If such references are not available, then the facts should not appear on Wikipedia.

(edit conflict)You can't use a source that is not publicly available. Articles should rely on reliable, third-party, published sources, and it sounds like your source wouldn't meet that criteria. You can read Wikipedia:Reliable sources for more information on the guidelines. If it were in the public domain, it could probably be used as a source. However, if the document contains confidential information, then please don't put in the public domain just to be used as a source for a Wikipedia article. Thanks for uploading File:SXaba.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
