Hi, Booyabazooka. It is laudable that you say:

"Among the social aspects of Wikipedia, I most enjoy promoting civility and encouraging the newcomers. A recurring problem I've noticed is people who join, post something, have it deleted, leave in a huff, and tell their friends how terrible Wikipedia is. Why, then, did you not contribute to the Monty Hall Problem discussion page before deleting my concept cartoon? There had already been some debate about whether its use was justified and your view would have been welcomed.

I feel many articles are being spoiled as editors become more interested in some form of encyclopaedic purity than making the articles interesting, fun and informative. Delete things that are wrong, not things that are not to your taste! StuFifeScotland 12:58, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
