As I was saying in the edit summary for Arvol Looking Horse, Wikipedia requires a reliable source for information. In regards to information about a person from the person themselves, that is easier, but they are still required to publish the information somewhere that is accessible, either on the internet or in a book or a news interview. "Dictation" is not allowed as a source, because there is no way to verify that it is actually from that source. There needs to be an accessible source for the information.
