blocked as a sockpuppet right away, without any evidence? the user who I'm suppose tone a sock of hasn't even had his check user completed

Request reason:

no provocation for block. Does this mean that anyone who ever logs on with an iPhone, using dynamic ips are automatically a sock. I looked it up. Socking is per person, and since iamnot the person you are looking for, I should be unblocked, or is this just collateral damage?
