Disambiguation link notification for August 23

Hi. When you recently edited Marian persecutions, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Richard Smith (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Marian persecutions

Hi, I've removed the section you added in this edit as the formatting is non-standard and it seems to just be a list of names without any introduction or explanation as to why it is there. Maybe it would help if you explained the reason for adding this section? --Rebroad (talk) 15:32, 4 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to en.wp. I saw BozMo's reversion, which I'm afraid I have to agree with - although you evidently know the subject and have interesting content to add. The edits aren't lost, they are there in history. Can I suggest you draft them on the Talk page first. Cheers. In ictu oculi (talk) 02:01, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

After this odd remark, the editor seems to have stopped editing. He may have used the name as an attempt at sarcasm. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.145.200.153 (talk) 14:24, 27 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
