Kenn davis

I remember his books when i sold them. good article subject. i dont think the paintings list will fly, as the individual works dont have press coverage. his status as an artist is important though. consider removing the list of paintings.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 05:26, 31 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

we dont need to list the individual paintings to note he is an artist, even primarily an artist, in the article. however, i think its a very reasonable decision to try with a shortened list as you indicated. i am not the final word here, just a fairly informed editor. i will be interested in how that list flies: i think it will be accepted. as you can see, i am choosing to respond on your talk page, so you dont have to check mine to see if i responded. I am completely unfamilar with the "draft" process, so i dont know the next step, but i think the draft page should spell it out. Mercurywoodrose (talk) 13:27, 31 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Have you considered creating an article on John Stanley? i cant believe he doesnt have an article yet.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 13:37, 31 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
If it really ends up taking more than another week to review your article, i may just go ahead and "create" it from what you wrote. it seems like he is notable enough, and i have myself created dozens of articles on somewhat less notable subjects. just let me know in a week or so.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 05:28, 1 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

See the guidelines on inline citations to see when it is absolutely necessary to use the inline citations. In some cases you'll find places where you cite the bio it isn't necessary, and then we just need a few articles from somewhere else to establish notability and confirm claims made about him. It shouldn't be impossible to do online. hewhoamareismyself 18:45, 11 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
