I'm interested in contributing to Wikipedia in a constructive way and following the guidelines. I have knowledge and experience in various areas, and I believe I can find reliable sources to support edits on existing articles.

I agree that my user page is not the right place for that kind of content.

Is there any advice you can offer on how I can get started making constructive edits to existing articles?

What caused you to see what was wrong within the less than 15 minutes between DFO's decline and your new request? In your first request you did not think you did anything wrong. As DFO noted, you won't be unblocked to edit about yourself, nor will you be unblocked to edit about topics for which you have a conflict of interest.
