1. While Wikipedia positively welcomes contributions, you do need to be careful when dealing with articles to which you have a connection. Your use of the word “our” suggests that you are connected to St Helen’s. This creates a Conflict of interest and you need to declare the connection, and read and follow the guidance.

2. A key principle of Wikipedia is that content on here must be Verifiable. This means that readers can check what the content says by looking at the Reliable source that supports it. If, as you say, the tea room is the church’s main source of revenue, we need a source that says that. For example, an article on the church in the Eastern Daily Press which supports the claim would be perfect. If you have such a source, we can decide where to mention the tearoom.
