Help Me!

I am User:90.255.195.30 but my IP address suddenly changed to 84.64.57.178. I have no idea why this happened but does anyone know why? I did not change my location so that cannot be the answer (unless Google Maps thinks I live in the house nearby like it always does). I want my old IP address back!
