Removal of Sapolsky's philosophical view of determinism
I saw this account removed my edit(s). I felt it was important considering the space, and influence that Sapolsky has to at least incorporate that he is a radical determinist and active voice in such. I don't understand what you would mean by removing the edit under the grounds of 'psudeo-science', whatever your opinion about free will, it is a fact that Sapolsky is an active voice in the current debate about it, and does not believe in free will.
I am fairly new to wikipedia so I don't know if this was just simply vandalism or something more important from your perspective. However, I am going to add this section alongside the citations again.
I believe that since his recent article in the New York Times (about determinism) has given his page exponentially more viewership, I find it very important to get the ball rolling about his views on determinism, and to also incorporate the papers he has written about the subject for lay-people to access. To deny this aspect of his career in his wiki article , I would find to be missing out on a crucial element of Robert Sapolsky. AustralopithecusSurfer (talk) 22:49, 19 October 2023 (UTC)
