Profile He's rowdy and belligerent despite his small stature, and there is a strong animosity between him and Flame Mammoth due to Mammoth being a bully toward smaller Reploids and Penguin being jealous of his large size. As part of Sigma's forces, Penguin planned to use avalanches to crush cities near mountains under tons of snow, but X stopped him. If the player defeats him before Flame Mammoth, the lava in the latter's stage will be frozen, allowing X to walk over it with impunity.

"Sigma has paid for the use of my power. Working for him is a million times better than piddling around on the South Pole with nothing to do."

Profile He was a Maverick Hunter that served in the 17th Elite Unit alongside X, which was under Sigma's command. When Sigma started his rebellion, Mandrill blindly followed his orders and joined him in the destruction, being considered a Maverick. He took over a power station to secure an energy source for Sigma's forces and cut off power to the city. Because there was only light resistance, Mandrill leaves most of the fighting to his underlings, spending his time gorging himself on pure electricity, fresh from the generator.

"I'm not the smartest guy around, X. But I have a feeling that Sigma is right."

Profile He was the leader of the 8th Armored Unit from the Maverick Hunters. Though he is a stoic soldier who never disobeys an order, he is loyal to a fault, continuing to obey Sigma's orders despite the fact that he became a Maverick and rebelled against humankind. Sigma ordered him to capture a mine that is a prime source of raw materials needed to manufacture weapons, and X had to stop him.

"There's nothing Maverick about following orders. We're not in the wrong, X."

Profile He was a Maverick Hunter from the 6th Naval Unit, but secretly always harbored contempts towards the weak humans he was tasked with protecting. When Sigma became a Maverick, Launch Octopus was among the first that joined his uprising, sharing his goals of creating a Reploid nation. He has deployed his fleet of marine Mechaniloids to assault cities built on the ocean and blockade important shipping lanes.

In Mega Man X5, he was revealed to be a friend and/or brother to Volt Kraken, depending on the translation; his name is also written "Octopardo" here. He appears in Mega Man Maverick Hunter X in the same role as before, this time with a flamboyant personality.

"I am an artist, you see, X. An artist of underwater combat! But no one has recognized that fact. Not until now."

Profile He was a Maverick Hunter from the 17th Elite Unit under Sigma, the same unit as his brother Gravity Beetle and X. He has no sense of right and wrong, making decisions based only on logic. When Sigma rebelled, he used deductive reasoning and joined the rebellion. He took control of a tower that would be the symbol of a city, and used it as a fortress. When X reached the top of the tower, Kuwanger saw that X had great potential and thought that he would be fun in a fight.

"So you've made it this far? Looks like Sigma was right about you. You've got potential."

Profile He was a highly-skilled Maverick Hunter from the 9th Special Unit (Rangers), but his sly, sneaky tricks and sharp tongue left him unpopular and he was never chosen for promotion to unit leader. Sting Chameleon can blend into his surroundings and uses strategy to defeat his enemies by any means necessary; sometimes called a coward for this. Never one to pass up an opportunity, he has used Sigma's Maverick uprising as a means to rise through the ranks. Now, he is grimly protective of his post as defender of a front-line base in the jungle.

"Maverick, Schmaverick! I don't care so long as I make my mark!"

Profile Storm Eagle is a taciturn, careful strategist and the leader of the Maverick Hunters' 7th Airborne Unit. His first reaction to Sigma's Maverick revolt was to fight against him, but realizing he was severely outmatched, he decided to join Sigma rather than be destroyed. Storm Eagle loyally, yet reluctantly agreed to follow Sigma, and took control of the Death Rogumer, a new class of aerial battleship. X later defeated him aboard the Death Rogumer. Storm Owl, is his housekeeper like she mistranslated Dr. Lea Dilallo, the newest doctor from San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital. She has good gang with Spiral Pegasus and Wind Crowrang.

"Then the least I can do is fight with all my strength. Let's GO, MAVERICK HUNTER X!"

RFN-008 Flame Mammoth

Profile Flame Mammoth was the leader of the Maverick Hunter's 4th Land Unit, and spent years fighting in the deserts of the Middle East. He had an arrogant and cocky attitude, and was extremely proud of his large size and strength. His tendency to look down on those smaller and weaker than him put him on bad terms with his subordinates, as well as highlighting the potential cause for the tension with Chill Penguin, one of the few higher-ranked members of the Maverick Hunters who refused to team up with him due to their tumultuous relationship. When Sigma became a Maverick, Flame Mammoth joined his uprising, seeing it as an opportunity to use his large size and power to go on full scale rampages of destruction. Sigma has him guarding captured factories, which he is planning to convert to produce weaponry.

"He he he. Now it's time for me to stomp the future into dust!"

Profile He was an officer serving in the Maverick Hunters' 6th Naval Unit along with Bubble Crab (the two did not get along). Due to his ferocious nature, Gator attacked a fellow Hunter during a mission and was later hunted as a traitor. To satisfy his destructive impulses, he joined Sigma's Maverick army and was given control of a massive dinosaur-modeled tank, which he tried to use to raze an entire city in Mega Man X2.

Being extremely avaricious, Bubble Crab's only motivation in life was to amass great wealth; she joined Sigma's rebellion purely out of greed, as she saw it as her chance to get rich quick. She was put in charge of transportation, and tasked with defending the Mavericks' deep-sea submarine base

In the second season and fourth episode of The Good Doctor, Dr. Glassman has experienced delirium within possible hallucinations as well, Cyber Peacock is not a bully, a friend of hers, Volt Kraken with defying gravity X walks up the ceiling, and Madeleine "Maddie" Glassman is Shaun's new friend like Volt Kraken upon its high voltage and its zero gravity, itself.
