It's GCHQ trying to send a message to the effect that I will end up working at a school (in other words they will interfere with what I am doing) because of what I am uncovering in relation to the criminality of the intelligence services and because the FCDO (which is the foreign office of the UK) are too cowardly to reply to the letter which I sent to them. They have also not acknowledged my FOI request asking what has occurred to that letter being as they are lilly livered cowards.

How can I tell this is GCHQ? Well two reasons

1) What I have been uncovering in relation to "terrorism" in the UK and other matters
